Community Resources: Angies Corner

In 2019, Project Insight launched a Community Resources program to further enhance the lives of our clients, care providers, and individuals in Arizona with disabilities. Angie’s Corner was named after a former client and bright soul. Items will be accessible at our Tucson location, 1038 E. Ft Lowell Rd. Project Insight will also make arrangements to deliver items directly to the homes of those in need.

We provide the following resources:

Basic Needs
Hygiene necessities and cleaning products for individuals with disabilities and care providers that need extra assistance.

Handmade Items
We are tapping into the sewing, quilting, and knitting community to create hand-made items that will enhance the quality of life and increase accessibility for our members.

Non-perishable food

Canned soup, vegetables, ramen, and peanut butter

If you are interested in donating to this cause, please check out this complete list of Community Resources items.

If you are an individual in need of these resources or have any further questions, please contact Nina Halvax at ninah@projectinsight-az.com or 520-888-5212.

“We felt extremely honored when Project Insight decided to name this new resource program as Angie’s Corner.  Before Angie was injured in a vehicle collision in 1997, she was a very happy, intelligent, athletic, and compassionate 14-year old, always worried about other less fortunate and helping neighbors and friends. This is not only a great tribute to Angie, but a way to continue her lasting legacy as her goal was to become a nurse to care for the sick and the elderly. We hope that people who don’t have the available resources can benefit from this program and that Angie’s heart and compassionate spirit lives on.”
