About the Show
This exhibition showcases the artistic talents of clients from Project Insight and similar organizations serving individuals with disabilities in Tucson and Southern Arizona. This all-ages, mixed-media show invites the viewer to examine the unique, underrepresented perspective these artists bring to the table. The show will be held at Salpointe Catholic High School’s Steven’s Gallery March 04 through April 02, 2023. Artwork will be for sale in person and online. Proceeds will be divided 80%/20% (Client/House Fee).
The purpose of this show is to elevate the underrepresented perspective of artists with disabilities. Disability includes services or case management through DES/DDD and/or a qualifying Medical Diagnosis. We are accepting any form of visual art and are NOT accepting applications for performance art/video/audiovisual work. No age limits! Please keep in mind that this show will be on display in a school setting; lewd, violent, or sexually explicit imagery will not be considered.
